Shipping

All our packages are sent by registered mail. Your order will be delivered to the provided address, or to the nearest post office if you’re not available to receive it.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from info@aurastudio.ch.

Delivery timings and charges

From the moment your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 48 hours within Switzerland. Please note that delivery timings may vary and are provided as estimates only.

 
Returns

If you want to return products, please contact us by e-mail at info@aurastudio.ch specifying: your order number, your first and last name, the name and quantity of the product(s) you want to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with the return. The customer organizes the return at his convenience, at his expense and at his risk.

We make the refund upon receipt of your return. To obtain it, the returned items must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use and in their original packaging. Returned items that are damaged will not be refunded. You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return the item to us.

It is not possible to exchange returned products, you will have to place a new order.
